A global and diverse workforce
ThromboGenics employs around 80 people worldwide. Most of them work at our headquarters in Leuven (Belgium) or from our office in New Jersey (US).
The large majority of this international team holds a Master’s or PhD degree. All are united through their common goal: to make ThromboGenics a global leader in developing and commercializing innovative treatments for ophthalmic disorders.
The people who work at TG come from a variety of backgrounds that include different cultures, and different life and professional experiences. Many different and diverse minds coming together increases creativity and problem solving as every individual brings in their way of thinking, operating and solving problems. A diverse workforce strengthens our ability to respond to changing environments.

Incubator for growth
Thanks to the dedication its people, ThromboGenics has grown considerably since it relocated from university labs to the BioIncubator Park in Leuven, Belgium, in 2009. To expand its global reach, drive innovation and achieve its strategic goals, ThromboGenics intends to further strengthen its team with new team members who have the right spirit and skillset.
