Paying Agent Services

KBC Bank is acting as paying agent. The paying agent will not charge shareholders with respect to payments of dividends, the exercise of subscription rights and other events concerning Thrombogenics' shares. Shareholders should inform themselves about the amounts that other financial intermediaries may charge in connection with paying agency services.
